Only small complaint might be that the elevators are slow and get busy with shopping mall users, wedding and conference guests, etc - but don't let this small matter deter you from staying here !"

Breakfast wasn’t great… suggest you go out and explore the lovely food in Kuching ! Hence, we didn’t get a chance to visit the Executive Lounge ! Will certainly book the same room on our next visit !"

"Not a very good experience. Front desk staff were not at the desk. Must ring a bell to call them. No bell boys to help with luggage, no water in room, very empty hotel lobby etc. Won't be going there again till another international hotel chain or a reputable management takes over."
