"My go to hotel in Yokohama. My room was not facing Yamashita park this time and my room was a bit small side in main building. I had facial due to the weather was very bad to go out and the service was wonderful too."

"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu. "Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."
