The call from reception about full payment and deposit was understood however I had paid my full deposit and wanted to complete the remainder of the transaction first thing in the morning due to needing to use a different payment method for work purpose however there was no flexibility and people were somewhat rude on the phone. "We stayed in apartment No. 1702. Great location and views out to sea from the balcony, open plan kitchen and lounge area and the two bedrooms. All facilities such as washing machine and dryer are in excellent working conditions. The kitchen is fully equipped and all necessities are provided in all rooms. However, the mattresses in the bedrooms are alittle on the stiff side. The large sliding door between the lounge area/balcony was very difficult to pull open. Although the apartment needs a...

"Quest Robina is the place we keep coming back to whenever we visit Gold Coast. Even our dog is starting the recognise the pet friendly rooms. Home away from home in every sense. Thank you to all staff!"

"Reception was very nice and checkin easy. Apartment was clean and tidy had everything we needed with small children through to teenagers. The pool area was clean and tidy and was a very decent size. Public transport nearby, walk to supermarket and beach and a large variety of restaurants and cafes for dining options. "
