"We were quite pleased when we saw our #5 room at this property. It was spacious, clean as a whistle and comfortable. The only things that were less than perfect about our stay and the only reasons for a rating of 4 instead of 5 were:1) our room was on the third floor and, even in this cold weather, the room was so “cozy” it was too warm to sleep. Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com. This was a bit odd, but I clarified with them and paid the security deposit. I was told as long as there was no damage I would receive the full refund.
