"This is a great hotel. Everything is great including the room, the staff and the amenity. The only downside is that Uber drivers can not find this hotel easily as the Google map would direct them to a side door that is always closed, they have to take a big detour to find the way come into the hotel. It happens to all six of my Uber drivers."

"Convenient hotel in Barra da Tijuca, inside a mall with lots of dining options. If stay close to bar Zeca Pagodinho, be ready to not sleep very well as it will become very noise till later hours. Room need renovating, AC was blowing directly to the bed, there were missing parts to the AC unit, making impossible to divert the AC flow. Bed is comfortable, breakfast is good"

"It's an old property but very comfortable rooms. I wish I could have another extra blanket and a hair dryer but I didn’t requested. I love the gym."

"Special thanks to Philip and Jasmine who work the front desk. Philip helped us get our room earlier than check in time which was great sunce we arrived at 6 a.m. What I didn't like was the inability of English speaking members of staff who worked in key areas. This caused communication issues or misunderstandings. The area felt safe and there are two supermarkets on either side of the hotel"

"I purchased travel insurance because there was a huge chance for issues. Sure enough the airline canceled the flight within 24 hours of booking and the property kept saying cancel is possible but we had to do other steps. We followed the steps and more steps elsewhere were given to the point we were sent to a dead end."
