"A great all inclusive hotel with plenty of activities. This resort is especially great for golfers as you have 2 great courses at your doorstep. There is only the buffet option for food, however the food was great and they even had a street food dinner on Wednesday which was a very pleasant surprise."

"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. She hung up and then tried to convince me the bus did not go where I wanted to go. I knew better, butshe thought I was wrong and eventually just walked away from me. "We. booked their sister hotel but when we got there, the hotel was closed. We finally got into the hotel that was closed and the operational staff said that that they moved us to another hotel. Although, they never sent us a text or email on this move. When we finally found the new hotel, they gave us a room that faced a busy road. We asked to change the room, however we had to pay an additional cost. Not my favourite hotel. "
