"Service is good. From the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant staff. The male manager at the breakfast reception is always bright and courteous every morning. Club room is super worth it since there’s food throughout the day with yummy cheesecakes etc. There’s even free flow liquor available. The club room is pretty and nicely renovated. We loved our stay at TOBA we stayed 3 nights"

"Property was very much a traditional Japanese hotel. Felt good to enjoy such a hotel with a Japanese architectural design throughout the property and each room down to an onsen in each room. Additionally, the inner sanctuary was within walking distance. Highl6 recommend this hotel and property!"

"Wonderful views from this hilltop hotel, but it's a long, steep walk back from the beaches! We took the hotel bus down to the beach and walked back after spending some time at the port. It's isolated, but there's a free bus from/to Toyohashi Station. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, and much of the hotel has been recently renovated. Unfortunately they have changed the afternoon times for the onsen so that women have access to their part at 3pm but men from 5pm, which we found...
