"We stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is very relaxing and the staff are all really helpful. The room was very quiet, stylish and clean. There were a couple of things to make it better, cobwebs on the ceiling (high up and only noticed when in bed) and the grout in the shower was stained. The food and drink were all really good and we would recommend the breakfast! We would most definitely go back again as we didn’t use the spa on this occasion "

"This was a good spot to explore the area from. Only a short drive to a few spots nearby and the onsite restaurant was good. Nice carvery. The staff were excellent. Our only issues were a toilet that didn't flush properly and a shower that had a wonky temperature regulator. They called the plumber for us but we were only there for one night so it couldn't be fixed until the next day. Good value for the money."

"The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I stay at this hotel regularly as it’s a great location for the Merry Hill shopping centre and nightlife. My only negative comment is the hotel is a little dated. They’ve recently added plasma TV’s to the room but removed a big mirror to put the TV. The TV in the room this time kept turning itself off which was really annoying. Also the QR code for the food menu wouldn’t work and there are no menus in the room anymore. "
