"Very convenient to the train station. Onsen and amenities were nice. Staff were not really able to help with securing a booking for dinner. The bed was not big enough for 2 people especially as one side was pushed hard against the wall. Unable to get up during the night without climbing over the other person in the bed. Floor space not big enough to open one bag let alone 2. Very clean and quiet hotel."

We made some requests to have 2 rooms close together and they were very helpful with that. They were also very helpful in helping us make airport transfer arrangements. Overall, the service is what stands out, even amongst the lofty service standards in Japan. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Kanazawa."
