"It was raining when we got to hotel and the lobby was full of people waiting for their room to be ready. There was barely enough chairs to sit. Our room was not ready until 2:30. I thought the hotel could have done a better job to get the rooms ready sooner. "

This is my first time staying in this kind of stay so I had to get used to the hard bedding since its pretty much just a blanket on the wooden floor, but that is all a part of the experience. I would say the whole property is beautiful in design, the area is beautiful and great, and I really loved my stay here at Hanok Goeul."
