You also get discounts and benefits from a Hanbok rental shop that they recommend going to. The beds are traditional futons, so might not be ideal for some people. "I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very cozy. I required non-emergent medical attention and the staff was wonderful in assisting my needs. Greatly appreciate their care for me during my stay in Jeonju. Also, the hotel is conveniently located 3km away from Jeonju Station (ktx), and about ten minute drive to the bus terminal. "

"This property was in a beautiful location however the suites were not clean or comfortable. The bed sheets were old, stained and torn and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The pool, tub and bath area smelled like sour drainage so a bath was not an option yet something I looked forward to and paid extra for. I found a poisonous centipede in my suitcase and my friend had a rat in the ceiling of their suite. In addition there are very few restaurants or cafes that are available or open...

"It was a nice stay despite language barriers but every one went an extra step to ensure i was confortable. Very well located. No switch near the bed for the lights was the only inconvenience for me. Futon on the floor can be a bit hard if you are not used to it. Perfect for me"
