"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with parking though - we paid the fee at the hotel and then were charged again by the car park provider as none of the tickets the hotel provided to us worked (so cost over £70 for parking in the end). We were also stuck at the parking exit gate with a queue of cars behind so had...
