"Love the decor of the property. Our deluxe room was clean, spacious and had all the toiletries we needed, including slippers (bath robes would’ve taken it to the next level). The hotel service was superb ie. Mary, the receptionist, offered to reserve our restaurant, book a cab to take us to the airport and also helped our friends transfer from another UnaHotel to our location so we can all be together. UnaHotel has a great breakfast buffet with plenty of options to select from. Unfortunately, we were not able to see their rooftop bar but I heard that was nice too!"

"Location is convenient, less than a block from Termini. Breakfast was good but no coffee pot or real glassware in the room. Carpet needed attention in our room but daily rest of the room was clean. "

"The staff at at this hotel were phenomenal. So welcoming and helpful. I cannot say enough about how positive unexperienced that was. The only negative is the location. It is in great proximity to the termini train station, but the surrounding area is a little sketchy. We did go out in the evening and encountered no issues, But there is a lot of graffiti and begging on the streets in the vicinity."
