"We absolutely loved staying at Hotel Golden and we will be back! The family that owns this hotel are so nice and helpful. They called a cab for us several times. They recommended great places to eat in the neighborhood. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Borghese Park and Borghese Gallery. The hotel is in a very safe area near the embassy. We also had espresso and a cornetto at a cafe around the corner that we loved. We love Rome and we live Hotel Golden!"

"Overall, the best way to describe this property is you pay for what you get. I got yelled at upon arrival for ringing the buzzer an absurd amount of times which was understandable but I don't have the same buzzer back home, so I didn't understand the mechanism Once I climbed the 7 stories, I got yelled at by a very mad Italian man for 3 minutes ish, I thought he was about to swing to be honest. "We booked this hotel for our last day in Rome because of its proximity to Termini Station and its adequate price. It is just a 5-minute walk. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next day. The hotel is clean. The room is spacious enough, with a good, queen-size bed. The shower in the bathroom is tiny and awkward, but the water is running well. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. There are plenty of restaurants around."
