"The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room. The amounts varied from day to day, but as I'd already paid through Expedia, getting the message across was difficult. So I just ended up smiling and nodding. The hotel was clean. "There was a lot of confusion with check in - we had to try FOUR differerent rooms. The first one, had a lit cigarette in it, the second one had two single beds (we requested a double), the third one literally had two people in bed together (it was awkward), and finally the fourth one was right. This was at 9pm, so it was extremely frustrating to witness this lack of organization. The cleanliness of the suite was good, but the bathroom had an awful smell. The breakfast was great"
