"Elevator was out when we arrived- lugged up 4 flights with suitcases, etc. BUT they fixed it by the time we arrived back from show. It happens and they jumped on it. NO COFFEE! A keurig there but no supplies. Chair in bedroom- leg loose - dangerous. But overall, considering location, price, communications, and the layout- very good stay"

"The female manager was very nice. It is odd the hotel does not offer bottled water in their rooms nor does it sell regular bottled water. I confirmed this with a front desk gentlemen. I had seen the female manager give a guest two bottled waters. I inquired the next night as they only had carbonated water in the marketplace to sell. The gentlemen told me they did not have any bottled water to sell or give. I will stay at this hotel again as overall it is very nice and a good price for what...
