"Overall, great day service housekeeping was not available daily and when they went, it was not the best. The floors were wet and they didn’t stock up on your utility stuff."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here at the Whaler. It was very quiet and I noticed an older demographic seemed to be the majority of guests. I didn’t see too many young families. But I’m sure young families would do great at this hotel too. The pool looked just average which didn’t matter for us since we didn’t use it. "We saw whales breaching everyday from our lanai. We enjoyed going to the beach and playing in the surf. It was convenient to grocery stores, shopping. It was a great experience. The staff was super nice and helpful. Would stay there again next year:)"

"I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!"
