"The room was clean but there was no attention to detail ( corners, dust under bed, etc), after all that's what distinguishes establishments from one another. The bathroom was always wet due to the shower design construction. No night light for kids to visit at night the bathroom. The whole room had to be lit like new years or use mobile flashlight. This is family orientated hotel/resort. Small things and attention to details are what make a champion and hotel was laking of this. Not adequate...

"Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und einladend! Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus. Das Restaurant "The George" serviert ein köstliches Abendessen und das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück ist sicherlich köstlich. Ich kann das Weinhaus Uhle sehr empfehlen. Außerdem war es ein sehr schöner und einfacher Spaziergang zum Schloss Shwerin. In der Nähe gibt es so viele wunderbare Geschäfte, darunter ein Teeladen direkt gegenüber und ein Geschäft für Vintage-Kleidung im...

"My mother and I stayed at this hotel when visiting the area for my uncles funeral. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and allocated us the most comfortable room with the best view of the promenade and the boats passing. The decor was nice, and the room was a decent size with a nice seating area to enjoy the view. The location was fantastic for local shops and restaurants. There were two choices for breakfast, served from 7-12. Upstairs in the garden room and then downstairs in Jo’s....

"A beautiful hotel by Lake ziegelsee. The hotel had their own boat dock. The view from our room was of the lake. The was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning. It was quite warm when we were there even with windows open. Breakfast buffet was good. "
