Extremely helpful staff
I had a medical emergency and a personal issue whilst i was at the hotel. The staff were excellent in dealing with all my issues, cannot thank them enough for the help and support received during my stay

ok but not more than that
Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there. Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word "suite" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

Leider war abends die Kraft an der Bar alleine und somit völlig überfordert. Die Dame war sehr nett - aber eine Wartezeit für die Bestellung von zwei Gläser Sekt von über 30 Minuten geht gar nicht .

Super Unterkunft, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, einzig das Frühstücksbuffetangebot könnte wechseln, wenn man mehrere Tage da ist, ist es täglich das gleiche Angebot. Trotzdem absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer sind zugegebenerweise klein- wie eine Kreuzfahrtkabine. Aber man hat alles, kann Kaffee und Tee machen und hat eine hervorragende Klimaanlage! Das, was das Hotel so herausragend macht, ist sein Personal! Selten so viel Freundlichkeit und Service erlebt! Weiter so!

Nyt og flot hotel med god beliggenhed.
Holdte en efterårsferie på dette fine hotel, vi var to voksne og en teenager på et værelse, lidt klemt med pladsen men det gik. Dejligt at toilet og bad er adskilt i to rum, man skal dog være obs på at der ikke er meget plads på toilettet. Nåede ikke at spise i hotellets restaurant pga de mange spisesteder det er i byen, men det skal helt sikkert prøves næste gang.

Hotellet var fint, fin betjening ved morgenmaden og udvalget i hotellets morgenbuffet var rigtig god. Værelset med lille køkken var lidt småt, men der var, hvad vi skulle bruge. Toilet og bad var adskilt og toiletrummet var ekstremt lille. Badet var lidt større. Parkering på stor parkeringsplads for 4 € i døgnet. Kun lille gåtur på 5-10 min til centrum.
