"Amazing location and fantastic staff. We booked for a single night as a Christmas treat for 6 of us ranging from 9 to 84. The hotel itself is simply stunning, oozing history everywhere you look. What made the occasion so special however was the quality of service from every member of staff. From check in, to the spa through to our excellent Christmas meal nothing was too much trouble and everyone was polite and warm Our meal itself was of a very high standard. We had to wait a short time to order and be served our starters but from that point on it really was exceptional Given the occasion and the spread of ages in our party I cannot praise the venue enough. A truly memorable stay"
