"The home feel has defiantly changed since it is now owned by the Marriott. Overall room was decent, the sliding bathroom door literally fell off the hinges. Thankfully my husbands was able to help me as I was blocked in the restroom. Beds and towels were clean. The staff AM staff are kind, the PM staff not so much. PM Vallet were great! No breakfast options which I think there should be since it is now "Marriott", the pet fee and parking also needs attention extremely high fees. "

"Westin is a good option for Frisco stay. This hotel is located next to a golf course. It is quiet area. In general parking is easy, but when some event happens there parking becomes challenging. Ate breakfast there every morning in the restaurant - food was good, but the service was very slow, not due to any fault of the staff, but because they were so few of them, it needs more staff."

"Stayed for one day. Quick check in. Easy service. The kitchen allowed me to order with 10 minutes to spare until closing. I didn’t care for the chicken meal with veggies I ordered (can’t recall the name.) The wings were delish! Loveddddd the shower!! Good n hot how I like it. Complementary toiletries smelled nice."
