"Hotel was very nicely done. Room was spacious and clean with modern fittings. It's walking distance into Cambridge. A few things prevented it from being a 5-star experience unfortunately: - Purposely 'dumbed down' Smart TV in the room: upon switch-on, the screen displayed 'Samsung Smart TV' but it just had Freeview with the majority of channels missing. "Everything was good apart from cleanliness of the room. Friendly staff, useful info, small but well equipped gym, close to shops, restaurants and the bus into the city centre. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, looked like it hadn't been hoovered and the was dried on food on the sofa. The sofa also had a large dip in one side as though someone had lived in the room and not moved off the seat."
