"Excellent location on the water opposite the Opera House. Near Nyhavn and Amalienborg Palaces. Large, comfortable, clean room. Helpful, friendly staff that upgraded our room to waterfront side and larger size. Would not recommend their restaurant, Aye Aye."

The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of options. The free shuttle to the airport was also a convenient perk. "Great stay with a clean comfortable room. Staff mostly friendly apart from reception lady on Sunday evening when we enquired if we could buy a drink from the bar or anywhere in the hotel at 10pm and she said no the staff are too busy, you'll have to wait until 11pm...which was rude and unaccommodating in a hotel that size and that prestigious."

"The spa is a lovely touch to this modern and beautiful hotel. The eco toiletries are all so luxurious and the beds are super comfy. The only weird thing was that they placed us in a twin room despite me having said it was our anniversary. It wasn’t enough of an issue to change rooms so no complaints! Thanks very much."

"Check in staff was amazing and friendly every time I spoke with them. The room was clean and the perfect space for a solo traveler. It is a very short walk to the Hyllie train station and I felt comfortable walking from the hotel to the train at 4:30 in the morning to catch my flight. The breakfast had a lot of nice options and was delicious. I definitely would stay here again. "
