"I arrived late to a very chirpy chap at reception which was lovely. Directed to my room which was a lovely size with all creature comforts. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was also a pleasant experience. The food was of excellent quality. Checking out was easy. I would definately stay here again "

"This is a really nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean, had everything we needed and the bed was really comfy. We had a room overlooking the road and had the windows open so it was a little noisy but not overwhelming and what you'd expect really. We've stayed in a sea view room previously where the only was literally the sea but the room was older and a little more "tired" but still well equipped and clean so I guess it all balances out. Parking is easy. "

"We are a couple from north Somerset wanting a relaxing weekend and thats what we definitely got! From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing. "Loved the room and the view, staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. One issue was that there was a wine stain on the carpet beside the bed, I reported it to the cleaning staff as I didn’t want them thinking it was our fault. They cleaned the room each day but did nothing about the stain on the carpet. The other issue was the water pressure, there was a lovely big bath but it took an age to fill up"
