Reservations are a must. No free breakfast is offered with this hotel which is a turn off for me. I was also very turned off with the hotel charging $25 per night for parking. "This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood and situated well between all the main area attractions. We visited Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown, and Yorktown. All were simple to get to from the home. There is also a grocery and a lovely coffee shop, The 1607 Coffee Shop, both within a 5 minute drive. "Delightful spot and owners/management. Breakfast cost a little beyond the voucher, but it is a full restaurant breakfast with incredible food and service! We had a rollaway (for an additional fee) and my daughter said it was incredibly comfortable. Wish there had been nightstands in the bedroom, a couple more dining room chairs, ice in the freezer (instead of going across the street), and maybe a carpet runner down the hallway (it was loud at night when anyone got up to use the restroom)....
