"My wife and I decided to explore somewhere we have never been, Cape Charles it was! I found this place and decided that it looked perfect for what we needed. After arriving we were blown away by the place. The large deck overlooking the water was just wonderful. We got to watch boats come in and out, the Coast Guard is right next door so even got to watch them do their morning routines and escort/board a vessel coming in. The location could not be beat! "The property was mostly run down! The shower was nasty! We were not given a secure access to the property through code or key once we checked in. We were initially let in remotely. We could lock up when we were there, but we were told by the host to leave the door unlocked when we left. "Enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet location. Parking was challenging on occasion, but doable. Easy access to the building, although the key fob went missing once, it was resolved quickly. Per the previous comments, I was aware the sofa bed wouldn't be the most comfortable for sleeping, but we made do just fine. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay."

"The apartment was perfect, nice size and clean. A perfect location to Williamsburg, Bush Gardens, and Water Country. Located in a quiet community and the apartment looks out on the lake.
