"The size of the suites were amazing In the balcony was absolutely beautiful! The patio furniture on the balcony might need a little bit more attention from the cleaning staff and providing a few more towels to the room. Everything else was absolutely spectacular. "When we got there, a staff member offered to show us around and wanted us to leave our bags in an unattended area where there were construction workers around. My husband told him that he didn’t want to leave our personal belongings there so he assumed that we had a fire arm in our luggage. He warned us that fire arms weren’t permitted, that there were cameras everywhere and that the owner was on the property. He was very suspicious of us and didn’t let up until I offered to let him search one...

"The Playa Nueva Romana is excellent in every respect. The host, Linette, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the stay. I commend her good communication skills and though fullness. She kept in touch on daily basis to make sure we have everything that we needed at the residence. Kudos to her and her rental team."

"Apartment was unavailable when I arrived. No notice, no nothing. Had to find another place on the spot, in a foreign country. The good news is Hotels.com (Expedia) reimbursed me within 7 hours of being told. This listing and owner should be permanently banned from this site."

"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"

"Terrible experience. This hotel isn’t open. One part is under construction and the other part won’t be open until next year sometime. It’s been like that since August but yet you can still book a room? Doesn’t make sense at all. And it’s non refundable as well so you get put at some other hotel. Just would’ve been nice to know that I wasn’t getting what I paid for. "
