"I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The front door attendant was outstanding—he spoke English fluently and was incredibly helpful. He even arranged for us to step off the resort to explore and enjoy some local food, which was a great touch. The entertainment staff truly made the trip special, keeping the vibe fun and lively every day....

"Terrible experience. This hotel isn’t open. One part is under construction and the other part won’t be open until next year sometime. It’s been like that since August but yet you can still book a room? Doesn’t make sense at all. And it’s non refundable as well so you get put at some other hotel.
