"Checking-In was good. Apartment was cleaned upon arriving, however we had to wait past the 4pm check-in. The apartment needs to be renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms. The AC went off at 2am and it got insanely hot. Our family of 7 all woke up. Only bedroom AC's (3) were on. Our last day in the afternoon the AC went of while we were cooking lunch. I didn't have any interaction directly with the host but the front desk was very friendly when we arrived and throughout our visit. It’s been like that since August but yet you can still book a room? Doesn’t make sense at all. And it’s non refundable as well so you get put at some other hotel.
