"Enjoyed our stay and location of Hotel. Staff really lovely.Upgraded to Executive room, but didnt feel it was wirth the extra £60. Lovely toiletries, but not enough for 2 adults for 2 days. Same with coffee.. Ordered steak (medium)however in my opinion it was rare. I choked on the steak and had to leave it. "The rooms are clean and well.equiped except no aircon. Show is dated, king size beds are actually 2 queens stuck togather. Also too many stairs, no lifts i could see. Gym and pool are good and well equiped."

"Two night stay with dinner on the second night & breakfast. The selection for breakfast was terrific couldnt fault the choice.Loved the fact that the bread for toast white & brown was lovely bloomer bread.Had a two course meal in restaurant & my wife had three courses again first class.Spent some time in the pool , steam room & sauna great for relaxation. To top it all the staff & service was warm & freindly.Cant wait to go back."

"The place is very good except the bedrooms are tired looking they need a good indepth clean also had to go for tea bag the biscuits was limited. The staff were lovely and very helpful but also didn't have a children menu lucky my grandchild eats anything, so she could have lunch. Overall we had a lovely time. Thanks "

"A very nice hotel, 30 minutes drive from Glasgow Airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the new building that was opened in March. Excellent breakfast that is cooked to order."

"I arrived late from the airport and was greeted by friendly reception staff and even had someone help deliver my suitcase to my room. The room was a good size, very comfortable and had higher end additions such as fresh milk in the fridge and lovely bathroom products. The spa was great. So nice to start the next morning with a swim followed by a tasty breakfast. There was a great menu to choose from. Loved my stay and wish it could have been longer! "
