Yet it is located in a residential area. Facility: Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with tea and coffee and sugar and salt. There’s a welcome drink as well. All basic utensils are available. There’s a washer. But no dryer. Everything is as listed. Bathroom: Very clean. Nice towels. But no toiletries were...

"Likes - checking-in was easy and check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was buffet-style and had adequate choices for my needs. There is a good bus service into Edinburgh city centre. Dislikes - my room overlooked the neighbouring restaurant so early evening was a bit noisy. "

"Die Kaution wurde vollständig einbehalten, obwohl sämtliche Regeln bezüglich hinterlassen des Apartments und der Sauberkeit eingehalten wurden. Anscheinend musste das Sofa gereinigt werden weil es so sehr gestunken hat. Vielleicht sollte einfach mal der Preis für die Unterkunft angehoben werden, anstatt sich noch einen Bonus in Form der Kaution zu erschleichen. Wie wäre es mal mit Regeln anpassen bzw. verbieten das Sofa zu benutzen?"

"The Tower was a very unique and enjoyable stay for our family of 6. We loved the history of the place and it felt like we stepped back in time. The only improvement I could recommend would be installing a dryer. It is hard for clothes to air dry inside the cool stone tower. "
