"It’s brand new, the room is nice and clean, good condition. Parking is convenient also. But the location is far from downtown and the area around has almost no store or restaurants, even cafe or bakery."

"We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel whilst in Zurich. The hotel is located adjacent to the tramline, which takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the main station in the city centre. The staff brilliant, friendly and helped us with information getting to the Lindt factory without having to take an expensive tour. The rooms themselves are unique decorated, clean and the area is safe. I would stay at this hotel again if I was to return to Zurich. "

There was an instance where the electricity stopped working on my room, the staff were quickly able to get me switched into a new room and were helpful throughout the whole thing.
