"The property was kept clean the staff were very attentive. Unfortunately we were given incorrect information by the staff about the luggage pick up. This result is having to spend time taking our luggage to the station rather than using the luggage deliivery service. The hotel is about 15 mins away from Nagoya station but there is a bus put on by the hotel which is free"

"Easy to walk to from the train station probably around 10 mins. We arrived slightly early and asked if we could use the free bike rental for 2 hours which they were happy to arrange for us. Just 1000Yen deposit for each bicycle. The onsen was great and opens till 1am so we were able to use it after a long day of walking. Breakfast buffet was nice as we got to try lots of different type of japanese style breakfast. Overall a great stay for family and I would come again if I was ever in Nagayo."

"Liked our stay in hotel. It is just opposite Legoland Japan and kids loved the room and lot of brick play areas in lobby and in restaurant. It is also accessible from train (10min walk from Kinjo-foto station). There are few shops and big furniture mall around, other than that needs to catch train. Breakfast has good variety. Overall very satisfied with our stay."

"Newish hotel in the convenient walkable area. You can walk to Nagoya station- Shinkansen, JR, Kintetsu, Bus to Shirakawa-hi, Takayama or Kanazawa. Room is stylish and has enough electric and usb ( both A and C) outlets close to the bed. My room had a desk, fridge, water boiler, safe. Shower room had a speaker from the TV. "This is an older Hotel that feels like its prime time was in the 1970's and has never left that era and that was perfectly fine by us! This was a great experience we were greeted as we drove up to the property by name as they were waiting for us! The attendant grabbed our bags and lead us to the desk where we checked in and did so in perfect English. We were given our kimonos to wear during our visit which we did.
