"Amazing hotel, truly fantastic facilities at a very good prices. Front desk informative and helpful. It’s a very nice stay in a Japanese hotel in Vietnam. Location is little bit outside of the town, but easy ride from airport and quick taxi ride to town. It’s nice to discover local places, for sure not touristy like Hanoi. "

"A very enjoyable stay. The staff here are the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in any part of the world. Always taking their time to listen to your questions and concerns. Very quick to come up with solutions or stopping what they are doing to meet your needs. Staff here speaks very gently and always polite with great manners. "Night staff was not nice at the furst day and he cheated the currency conversion. I found that out on the next day. He wasn't nice on the second day either. I also booked a taxi but the taxi came 30 mins late so I was almost late for my flight. Hotel was very expensive compare to its facilities and its service. Hot noodle breakfast was very good though."
