"A wonderful hotel, with great facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is spotless, the pool large enough to do laps and windows can be opened if you want to for fresh air. It's a 5 minute walk to the lake which is beautiful and 10-15 minute walk to the closest supermarket although there are small shops closer for food, drinks etc. I was upgraded to a larger room/ suite due to the noise above my room. The room on the 12th Fl had a balcony and overlooked the lake and city. ...

"The reception staff, especially Mai Tram and Thanh, were very courteous, professional and helpful. The room, though small, was very functional. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."

"I feel bad for writing this because the staff was nice and welcoming, but i do not know why this hotel was rated so highly. One of the rooms in our group had mouse droppings under the bed, and the door would not lock properly so they had to move a dresser in front of the door while they slept, their shower head was located above the toilet. The other had dead cockroaches, there were used toiletries, the floors were dirty, and all of the windows were unlocked (they led out to a shared balcony...
