Our Premier Queen room was spacious, very clean, good bed and large recently renovated bathroom - all great. Excellent location opposite the beautiful CityGardens and just a short stroll to the CDB. Not so good - older TV, minimal crockery/cutlery (a min. of 2 bowls & plates and 2 spoons & knives is suggested), no microwave, older but OK...

"Great location walking distance into town. Beautiful Park opposite with monkeys, free parking - can get busy but just park up the hill behind the property. Comfortable bed small toilet /bathroom but quite a large room. A perfect place & reasonable price to base yourself with a car."
