Our stay here was excellent. The staff are very accommodating, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the pub has a great vibe. I'd definitely recommend staying here and I would stay again.

Great value old-style hotel rooms, really comfortable bed with modern ensuite, comes with Netflix and is close to heart of Launceston.

Carpet in the room was dirty like years never vacuum. Single bed surprisingly very low. Flat pillows. Heater was good. Shower is good have hot water and very quickly to heat up. Bathroom is very clean. But not the room unfortunately. Surrounding area is good. Nice food and coffee shops around.
