"Unfortunately the staff is not friendly. They just do their job and that's it. The girls at the reception seemed bored. The room was clean but quite impersonal. You say it's transit, you don't feel like staying there for several days. The bathroom towels were clean but very worn. They were leaking blood. It is located 5 minutes from the metro. I shouldn’t have to get out of my room and take the elevator to speak to reception about towels, heat or etc. it’s really annoying to get out of your room for help or assistance! Other than that , an exceptional hotel to stay! Helen is really helpful at the hotel!! Just keep a phone in the room or a text service on the iPad which is provided in each room!!"
