"This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. It was so damn comfortable and bathroom was so classy with everything you need and everything was of good quality not the dry stuff that leaves your skin itching. The staff was lovely and the restaurant had a lot of options on offer for all meals.one of the best...

"We had a nice stay. It was a little off the beaten path so if you want to stay in the center of everything this is not it. It was quiet. We went down for coffee after breakfast was closed and they were very friendly and we got our coffee even with the bar being closed. We would stay here again. "

"Everything was good. Excellent service in the breakfast, the servers were amazing and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety, and the hotel in general was very elegant and nice. The smell in the hotel with the candles and the candy station was so nice and sweet for the season. The only thing I found is that some of the staff at the reception were kind of rude sometimes and sarcastic, but only some of the team the other part was amazing and very polite and helpful during check out. "I found the hotel convenient for Brussels Midi station. I was disappointed the restaurant was not open on a Sunday evening. I had to go out in my wheelchair to find somewhere to eat, which luckily wasn't far. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a show is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair with the heycard having to be removed from the light...
