"I enjoy staying at the Leonardo, however they don’t care for people that do not drink decaf tea. I’ve been staying at the Leonardo for nearly 8 weeks and they’ve never been able to provide me with decaf tea until I made a complaint. They should be catering for all aspects They provide decaf coffee but not decaf tea. I find this quite disappointing considering in other areas they are very good."

"Great accommodation beautiful place. We checked in after 6pm and the front desk staff was lovely guided to our room and told us what was around. We had informed the hotel it was our anniversary and they had beautifully decorated our room. We managed to go to the pool, sauna, jaccuzi and steam room the following morning of our stay which was amazing! It was quiet and wonderful experience. Would definitely come bacj again! "

"Overall a good stay. The staff were great and we enjoyed a coffee and cake in the bar. However, a little disappointed that my 12 year old son wasn't allowed to use the whirlpool. Would have been useful to know this when booking - couldnt see it on the website."
