We had unusually long waits after ordering when the restaurant was not even crowded. The servers apologized but it happened every time. Also, I wish there were more local dishes. I was very disappointed with the food options. The omelet station was good. Some other items were cold (breakfast potatoes) every morning. I would stay again but...
