"The room was lovely and bed quite comfortable. I didn't eat in the restaurant, so I can't speak to their food. The bathroom was very nice, and i was pleasantly surprised that their shampoo / conditioner was natural and free of synthetics. If only more hotels would do this!!! Front desk service was kind. "You may want to spend some time educating your Front Desk people on customer service. When I checked in, the individual was rather impatient with me. When I checked out, I asked for a paper bill. The individual never asked how my stay was nor thanked me for staying with you. Considering the hotel choices in the area, I would assume you want your employees to be attentive, respectful, courteous, and enthusiastic when greeting guests. "
