"Staff on checking in was amazing lady was so friendly, and check in was so easy. Room was pirate style nice for my grandson, bed a bit hard for me, but other than that room was cosy. Food was nice from restaurant & breakfast was good too."

"The hotel is a hostel, so the room is basic and functional, but clean and simple. A table at which to work a TV and a comfortable bed. No kettle or drink making facility. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a sports arena complex so if you've no transport it's a bit isolated, but quiet and warm for a decent nights sleep. "

"I stayed here for 3 nights on a work trip. The room was fantastic, spacious with a mini kitchenette. Very handy. Bed was really comfortable to sleep in and there was a nice sized table to sit at in the evening. Staff at reception were fantastic!! However, it's MASSIVELY confusing when you first arrive because nowhere on Hotels.com does it tell you that the Kirk Suites are part of the Zsleep hotel adjoining them. So when you're looking for the Kirk Suites reception, there isn't one!! You can't...
