As far as Scandic Hotels go this one is very good. Fairly modern and very clean. Easy parking and easy check in/out. The breakfast was nothing to write home about though.

Misleading room description
I ordered (and paid) for a twin room. I got a room with a double bed where an extra bed was put in. That is not okay.

Everything was good. Except parking issues If you are going with electric car just don’t trust you will get space to charge your car. Also if someone have park their car in electric charging spot they will not be asked by hotel to move there car even if it’s fully charged or not in use.

Skuffende at hverken Bar eller Restaurant har åbent når hotel er fuldt booket pga Final4 i Boxen. Dårligt at der ikke er gratis parkering med når man overnatter på hotellet. Desuden står P-vagterne klar da alle kom fra Boxen og parkerede - så de hurtigt kunne udskrive bøder mens mange stod i lange køer for at tjekke ind samtidig med de oprettet parkering. Det var koldt så folk gjorde det indenfor - men vagterne var klar.

Vi var rigtig godt tilfredse med selve hotellet. Dog haltede restauranten, da vi skulle spise der mandag aften. Vi havde bord klokken 18.30, og forretten fik vi efter en time. Havde bestilt smørristet brød med rejer i urtemayo. Brødet var meget sort og bestemt ikke smørristet. Vi gjorde tjeneren opmærksom på dette, og han lovede at næste ret bestemt blev meget bedre. Da vi fik den, havde de byttet om på dem - okay - men vi måtte lige minde om at de også havde glemt pommes frites. Kvaliteten af restauranten er efter vores oplevelse slet ikke på niveau med hotellet.

Blev modtaget i receptionen med besked om at man ikke kunne checke ind før kl.16:00 selv om det stod på vores booking/kvittering at man kunne checke ind kl.15:00. Men vi fik også beskeden at det kunne vi godt hvis vi betalte 200kr. Lidt ringe at man ikke gik på kompromis da der jo stod kl.15:00 på vores booking bekræftelse
