"The property was beautiful. We had a separate apartment a few doors down and 3 floors up. There is no elevator and the stairwell is not lit. The hostess who showed us to our room did not explain the heating system, shower, heated (but not) towel rack. The living area was a hodge-podge of furniture and colors. An area rug would have added a lot 0f warmth and tied it together. It was not a good value for the money. "

"A beautiful old villa with amazing gardens surrounding it. Room lovely, breakfast wonderful. Staff a bit frazzled, often would not (or could not) answer phone. Shuttle bus could not meet us at ferry with our bags for example as no one answered phone when we called. Fortunately they could take us to train next day. I think hosting a wedding and also keeping regular guests happy may have been a bridge too far. Still I would recommend it to others with these caveats as it’s a really beautiful...

"A very unique traditional family run hotel nestled high up in the mountains. Perfect for relaxing, beautiful views and clean air. I would recommend this hotel and location as a getaway particularly to recharge your batteries. The hotel team are very helpful, attentive and very nice. On site spa and swimming pool was a bonus too!"

"Everything about our stay was amazing!!! From the friendly staff, our beautiful room, the delicious breakfast, and of course the VIEW!!! The location is so perfect, simply breathtaking and so easy to get to/from the train and the ferry. Highly recommend taking advantage of the Botanic Garden in the sister property next door, it’s incredible! "

"I never write reviews, but hope that others have the chance to enjoy the hospitality, delicious food at reasonable price, genuine service, responsive staff, and beautiful setting of the Albergo Lenno. Situated just across from the ferries to Bellagio, Villa Carlotta, etc., it's super convenient and also has easy underground parking that's free with room booked via property website (which we unfortunately didn't do, but will next time!) Lake Como is beautiful here and Lenno is a charming...

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"Extremeley friendly and helpful staff. Would reccomend this place for sure. Easy walking distance to the central piazza and lots of eating options. My advice for dinner, check out 'Da Beppe' about 1 block from hotel and well worth the visit for dining at night. "
