The only slight downside was that there was a strange noise coming from the air vent in our room, which sounded like trickling water. This meant it could be a bit annoying to sleep through, but I use white noise at night, so didn’t hear it! "All the staff were very kind and always had a smile, so I felt comfortable asking them anything. There aren’t many shops nearby, but there’s a REWE supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. You can walk from the central station, or it’s just two stops by tram.The room was spacious, and I felt like I was at home.It was equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a washer-dryer."

"Very pleasant Hotel. Very clean and well maintained for the most part. Rooms are a little smaller than I expected but not outrageously so. The reception staff was very helpful and very nice. It's not really near anywhere except beautiful Tiergarten Park. I might stay there again, but it's location is not what I'm looking for in Berlin. But it might be absolutely perfect for someone who wants to really sort of get away and still be in the center of the city."
