Hotel was beautiful, nice lobby bar. Able to store luggage with early arrival. Desk staff was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke English easily. Highly recommend. "

"I had a run-in with a staff member who was a Middle Eastern man of about 35 to 45 maybe 5'8 who stopped me at the door when I was trying to come into the hotel one night. I was filming content for my Travel blog, When he stopped me, he became very agitated and aggressive. I did not appreciate this. I am heavily tattooed and have a younger look in regards to the way I dress and it seemed like he thought I did not belong there. I was offended."

"It is situated in a great location. If you like gaudy the way i like you are not going to be disappointed, it’s close to two of his masterpieces Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. Tons of boutique shops and restaurants are surrounding the Hotel. The attention is incredible. The rooms are spacious and greatly appointed "
