We were disappointed the hotel didn’t have a lounge to relax in ,the bar was only open in the evening. We arrived early in the day and had to go to a coffee shop to wait until check in time . "Unusually late check-in time (after 17:00) and early check-out (before 10 am.). One way communication, no reply on my e-mail. Studio is on the ground level with entrance directly from the street. This is not mentioned in the room spec presented on the hotels.com webpage. Pictures for this room are not showing this either. If I had known this I would've taken another hotel. Apparently due to being located on the ground level room temperature (during cold season) is lower than what is needed to...
