"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were all very nice, polite, and professional. The housekeeping staff was top notch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Korea. The neighborhood is convenient to many restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation. Plus, the mall was about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. "

"Nice hotel for a stay. It says there is a laundry room available but there isn’t one. I asked the front desk about it and they politely guided me to use a for-staff laundry room. Nice hotel service and their breakfast has variety to choose. The room service is stunning, 10 out of 10, perfect. Recommended already to all my friends going to Korea next week."

"Close to public transportation and lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Communication was a bit tough prior to arrival but I did get all the info I needed by the morning of check-in. There's someone at the front desk (albeit a very small one with only 1 person working at a time) and can hold luggage prior to the check-in time. The rooms were clean and it was helpful to have an in-unit washer/dryer. Laundry detergent is available upon request."
