And it was only a single house with rooms. The other amenities were in another house too far away to go to. No one would help take you there and this location was difficult to find."

"Urban by CityBlue in Kigali was a great stay! It is centrally located in a very walkable and safe area of Kigali. It is in close proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops as well as close enough to the downtown area to get there easily but far enough away to be quiet. Yet, it also has its own excellent restaurant with amazing views of the city. The staff was excellent and extremely responsive. "When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."

Finally they bring me water by buckets and they have two dogs at compound at night time crying for the whole night. I was there for 8 day3 I am really disappointed "
