"Located about a 30 min walk from the bus terminal, the hotel runs a silver van shuttle every 20 minutes or so. This is a newer hotel, but has many delightful traditional elements. The whole place has a tatami mat like flooring, so shoes are left in lockers upon entering. The lobby area is built with old looking timber in the style of gasho buildings. The rooms were wonderfully done with the nice smell of tatami. The baths are wonderful with both interior and outside tubs in a variety of styles....

"The Hotel is an amazing Onsen, modern with a fantastic Breakfast the hot springs are to die for, they consist of 1 indoor and one outdoor baths, its got a Sauna and a ice bath, they offer Dinner Buffet for an aditional 8000¥ per person, the only things I did not like were : They do not offer room keeping at all, just change of towels if asked , The hotel is in Tonami, but isolated, meaning you can only go out by car, and there’s nothing to do ir see by foot, The wifi is decent and covers the...

"It was very close to the castle park and had a number of options for dining nearby, though we walked a bit further out to go to some specific places. The breakfast was in the building next door one of the days with a great view of the whole city. That hotel seemed a bit more luxury, but the room in ours was comfortable and spacious, so no complaints. "

"We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the experience so much. There was some confusion about what we were supposed to do sometimes, and we thought dinner and breakfast were served in our room but we needed to go elsewhere. It was private dining at least. Also wish we'd had futons set out for all of us. The room was meant to be for 6 and had 2 beds.
