"Clean decent size room (for Japan) with a desk so one can work. Property could use a revamp: lobby and sitting area furnishing were noticeable solid and tattered. Carpets had stains. Everything g was nice, but had a dated feel. Breakfast buffet is good value. Very convenient , next to train station and lots of shopping options. Short bus or cab to cultural attractions. "
